Returns, Warranties, And Exchanges

Earth Culture apparel is accompanied with a 14 Day Return Policy. 

All Bargain Box Items Are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, & NON-RETURNABLE. All Sales Are Final.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange it at ShopEarthCulture.com. Your return must be submitted within 14 days from when your package is received.

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Due to sanitary and health restrictions, masks cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased. All mask sales are final.

Returns will be subject to a $6 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund. (Product defects & Misprints are not subject to these fees.)

Earth Culture currently cannot accept returns on International/Worldwide orders.

Any returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and in new condition. Any items with Marks, Rips, Stains, Animal Hair, Makeup, Deodorant Marks, etc. will be considered worn. Any item(s) worn, altered, and/or not in new condition will be charged a restocking fee of 40% each item.

Returns and/or Exchanges generally take 8-12 business days to process.

After your Return/Exchange is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post via the original form of payment used to purchase.

If any additional information is needed, we will reach out to you via email.

If You Receive A Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item.

Please Contact Us via email and include the following below:

1)      Picture(s) of the damaged, defective, or wrong item.

2)      Picture or Screenshot of your order invoice notification.

3)      A brief explanation of the damage, defect, or wrong item.

Including the above via email will allow us to make the proper correction as soon as possible.

Our selection of Indie Brand Items may be accompanied with warranties and/or varying return policies. For questions or concerns regarding "Indie Brand" items please contact us via email. Also please contact the original company directly as well, in regards to their specific policies.
