Sometimes — that's how rescues cut waste and save you more. Many goods are still tasty past the best by date. When an item is post-dated, we label it plainly on the product/box page.

If you prefer newer dates, look for listings marked short-dated and check each product's date notes before adding to cart.

Each product page includes a clear Date Window (e.g., "Best by: May–Aug 2025") or a note like Post-dated (Best by: Mar 2025). For mystery boxes, we show the typical range for that batch.

Boxes are curated for value density, so we can't guarantee custom picks. Choose listings whose date notes match your preference, or mix in single-item Bargain Finds from categories like Household, Electronics, Small Appliances, Apparel, and more.

We label heat-sensitive products on their pages. If your order contains melt-prone items and arrives warm, place the contents in the refrigerator or freezer to re-solidify before enjoying.

We do not include ice packs or box liners by default. They often don't remain effective across diverse routes and climates, can add cost with little benefit, and sometimes damage packaging as they thaw. Skipping liners helps keep prices low, reduce waste, and stay eco-friendly.

Rescue pricing means most items are final sale (unless noted otherwise). If something arrives damaged, missing, or majorly mis-packed, contact support — we'll try our best to make it right.

We ship factory-sealed items and don't repackage snacks. Always review the label upon arrival. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend choosing specific single-item listings over mixed boxes.
