Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also log in to My Account or use the link in your confirmation email to see real-time updates. If you don't see tracking within 2 business days, reach out to us.
QCan I edit or cancel my order after placing it?›
Orders fly out fast! Contact us ASAP via our Customer Service page. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
QCan you combine two orders into one shipment?›
We can't always guarantee combination due to our zippy fulfillment speed, but if both orders are unfulfilled when you reach out, we'll absolutely try. Give us a shout right away!

QHow long does shipping take?›
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location and carrier. You'll get tracking once it's on the move!
QDo you offer free shipping?›

QDo you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?›
Absolutely! Most items can ship via USPS to PO Boxes and military addresses. Some oversized or restricted items may require a street address—we'll let you know at checkout if that's the case.
QWhat about meltables in hot weather?›
Heat can affect chocolate and gummy items. We pack thoughtfully and do our best, but once a package leaves our hands, we can't control carrier conditions or truck temperatures. If your snacks arrive melted, contact us with photos so we can help!
QTracking says delivered, but I don't have my package›
First, check with neighbors and look around your property (carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots). Wait 24 hours as sometimes scans are premature. If it's still MIA, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.

QWhat's your return policy?›
We ALWAYS want you to be happy with your order! However, due to offering discounted overstock and rescue items, returns are limited to help keep our prices as low as possible. If something's wrong with your order (damaged, incorrect items, etc.), contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
QHow long do refunds take?›
Refund claims must be submitted to our customer support team. If approved, refunds usually appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment method.
QAre any items non-returnable?›
For safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products or items marked Final Sale. All other items depend on the circumstances—reach out to us and we'll help!
